What is navig8?

There are times in life when we lose our direction. It could be due to a life change or just getting lost in the humdrum. No matter what the reason, sometimes we need a bit of guidance back to heartfelt living and joy. 

​

After 20 years as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Molly Murphy Wittig created Navig8, a research-based program designed to enhance engagement and discovery with life again. 

​

This is not therapy, but a fun and engaging experience that draws from positive and cognitive behavioral psychology. 

​

Process

The Navig8 program uses your strengths and values to guide you on your path.

Before you start

Before you begin, Dr. Wittig will send you a few questionnaires to complete. 

​

  • VIA character questionnaire to find your top 5 signature strengths.

  • The Navig8 wellbeing survey 

  • A values survey

​

The 8 waypoints

Using fun activities, we work through each of the waypoints:

​

  • Strengths spotting

  • Promoting positivity

  • Reframe and refresh

  • Sensory savouring

  • Finding flow

  • Cultivating connection

  • Valuing vitality

  • Living legacy​

​

You will receive worksheets along the way for each of the waypoints. 

Choose the one for you

The Navig8 program can be completed in several ways. Choose the one that suits you:

 

  • One on one sessions with Dr. Wittig

  • One on one online sessions with Dr. Wittig 

  • Workshop setting

  • Customise it to you
